On April 15, 2016, the School of Business Center for Innovation and Ethics hosted a conversation with Robert Egan, President of Victory Packaging. The talk, which was open to the TCNJ community and the public, filled the Education Building’s main classroom. What’s the secret to building a billion dollar company? Ethics, innovation and strong leadership, according to Robert Egan. Mr. Egan was introduced by Antonino Scarpati, Assistant Dean, School of Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science. After a “fireside chat” with Center Director, Kevin Michels, Mr. Egan answered audience questions and offered students advice on what to look for in an employer and how to launch and grow their careers. The talk is the latest installment of the Center’s Personal Journeys series, which began in 2015 with Heartland Payment Systems CEO, Robert Carr.
