On Tuesday, March 27, 2018, the Center hosted another installment in its Personal Journey’s series, which interviews founders, innovators, CEO’s and others who make change in the world. Kevin Michels, Center Director, interviewed Brad Downs and Sean Devlin, the founders of Front Rush, a company started at TCNJ and now the most widely used college coach recruiting software in the country. Sean and Brad described how they came up with their idea, designed their software, made the case to their first customers, grew the company, and hired and empowered great employees. They also shared some compelling life and entrepreneurial lessons learned along the way. Over 20,000 college coaches at nearly 8,000 teams representing 1,000+ colleges and universities use Front Rush.
